15-day refund window. Request a full refund of your subscription within 15 days of any charge — first purchase or renewal — for any reason. Refunds are issued on request, not automatically.
Every plan comes with a free trial — 15 days on the Solo and Growth plans, and 30 days on the Agency plan. Your card is not charged during the trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged at all.
We encourage you to explore the full platform during the trial so you can be confident before any payment is made.
Every charge — whether it is your first subscription payment or a subsequent renewal — is covered by our 15-day refund window. If you are not satisfied for any reason, request a full refund of your subscription within 15 days of the charge date and we will process it. Refunds are issued on request — they are not automatic.
This covers all subscriptions (Solo, Growth, Agency) and all packs.
Staters — the AI and data credits included with a plan or purchased on their own — are delivered to your account for immediate use. As with any digital content you have already used, consumed Staters, and the AI generations and API calls they paid for, are not refundable. Every one is itemized in your usage History, so you always see exactly what was used. A subscription refund returns your subscription — not Staters already delivered or consumed.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
Once 15 days have passed since a charge, that billing period is no longer refundable. However, your access continues in full until the end of the period you paid for. You can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals — your service simply runs through the remaining paid time.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately. You retain full access to ZeusSEO until the end of your current paid period, at which point your account downgrades automatically.
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund; if you are within the 15-day refund window, please also submit a refund request as described in Section 4.
If you have a billing concern, please reach out to us at billing@zeusseo.com first — we resolve most issues within 48 hours. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us, we may need to suspend access to your account while the dispute is under review by the payment processor.
We are committed to resolving every billing issue fairly and quickly.
Mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country — including rights under EU, UK, Australian, Colombian, or other applicable law — always apply in addition to our 15-day refund window and are never waived or reduced by this policy. If your local law gives you rights that are broader than what is described here, those rights take precedence.
